OPAL Atelier is an RTW label based out of NYC. Focusing on the best parts of fashion engineering, craftsmanship, & couture. The creative costume-like designs integrate a couture and avant-garde hyper-fashion style revealing a playful, campy story for the next generation of luxury consumers. Approaching design in a new perspective, garments are conceptualized individually portraying a unique story. Then melding together for a unified, but incongruent extraordinary narrative. Inspired by the designers; early 2000s SoCal upbringing, environments, experiences, gender identity, and childhood interests. Aiming to inspire young creatives to follow their dreams/passions, and to present accessible runway looks that make one feel like a superhero. Creating a community through vulnerability: connected through the common fondness for unique & well-crafted fashion.
